Up to 48 hours in advance — free

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the treatment.

Within 48 hours — 20% of the booking price

For cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment we charge 20% of the booking price.

Rescheduling within 48 hours is possible if another slot is available the same week — please contact us directly.

No-show — full booking price

If you don't show up without notice, we charge the full amount. A short message is always enough, even last-minute.

Illness & exceptions

In case of illness or unforeseen circumstances we make reasonable exceptions — please get in touch as early as possible so we can re-book your slot.

For returning guests with a valid reason, cancellation fees are usually waived the first time.

Gift vouchers

An appointment booked with a gift voucher is subject to the same policy. In case of no-show or late cancellation, the voucher is considered redeemed.
